Woobs Resources Limited ( the ‘company ‘) is a private company incorporated in Nigeria on March, 2003, with Registration number RC 475761 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with the main objective of carrying the business of building and property development, specializing in markets development.                 

Under A BOT arrangement with the Nigerian army, Woobs Resources Limited designed built and are managing the Arena shopping complex, situated at Bolade Oshodi Agege motor road, Lagos, Nigeria.       

 With new alliances with an American company playing big in the real estate sector, we are currently designing programmes for affordable housing for all classes of people in Nigeria.
