Chief Executive

Mr. Whoba Ogo is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is the founding Director of Woobs Resources Limited.

He has over 13years experience in Banking and Finance. As a Banker, he has worked in Several Banks including Savannah Bank, Metropolitan Bank and Fidelity Bank Plc, in different Capacities such as Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Cash Management Head.

He is also a transport Consultant and has consulted for several companies, including the following: Ifesinachi Transport Industries Limited, Ifex World Wide Courier Services and Uduson & Company Transport Limited.

Mr. Whoba also currently seats on the board of Whobbss Integrated Services limited.

 

General Manager, Business Development, Marketing & Communications

Edith Ndidi Nwanerih is a graduate of Business Studies and possesses an MBA from University of Lagos, Akoka.

She has 23 years experience in Banking & Finance. She has worked with Intercontinental Bank Plc (Now Access Bank Plc), ECOBank Nig Plc, and Continental Merchant Bank (Former Chase Merchant Bank).

As a Banker, she has worked in various capacities and held positions of responsibilities such as Regional Executive/Manager (Co-ordinating Branches), Branch Manager, Head of Operations, Head, Customer Services, Co-ordinator, Customer Care, Head, Funds Transfer and an Instructor on Relationship Management skills.

 Edith Ndidi Nwanerih is also a Financial consultant who provides financial advisory services to Small and Medium Enterprises and individuals.

She is also into Investment Portfolio Management.

General Manager, Finance

Ebenezer Adetunji Adeoti graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi with Higher National Diploma (HND) Upper Credit in Accountancy in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2006.

He had his National Youth Service at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Bauchi Branch between 1989 and 1990 and thereafter had a brief stint with Adebayo Munis & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior.

In November 1991, He joined the services of Bestlink International Ltd, a private company with keen interest in Trading, Importation of Electrical Materials and Nails manufacturing as Internal Auditor for a period of over five years.

He moved back to Audit in 1997 with Bankole, Onibiyo, Awosanya, Ojo & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Assistant Manager from where he was recommended to Benokin Foods and Beverages Ltd, Ikeja as Finance and Admin Manager in 2001

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with wide experience in Accounting, Auditing and Finance.

He is married with two children and a lover of sport

 

General Manger, Operations and Leasing

Rotimi Alonge is a graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University (Formerly University of Ife), Osun State

He has over 20 years of experience working for various large Corporations such as UAC Nigeria Plc, Unilever Nigeria Plc, Drugfield Pharmaceutical Nigeria Ltd and Dopsaj Nigeria Ltd. During this period, he worked in various capacities such as Electrical Engineer, Electrical/Utilities Manager, Assistant Plant Engineer, Operations Manager and Works Engineer.

He has been responsible for supervision and management of planning, designing, execution and commissioning of various engineering projects.

He has also been responsible for maintenance of factory machines and utility plants which include procurement of spare parts from overseas for these equipments.

Currently, he is the General Manager, Operations and Leasing, Woobs Resources Ltd.

He is married with four children.

 

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive

Folake Yemisi Ogunleye holds a B.A. (Hons.) in History (2004) from the University of Ilorin, a Master Degree in International Law and Diplomacy (2009) from University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Professional Diploma in Business Management (2011) from University of Lagos, Nigeria.

She has over 6 years working experience with specialization in Business Administration in the Financial sector (Stock Broking) and Real Estate sector.

She is a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

She has worked with Exceptional Opportunities Nigeria Ltd, Deep Trust Investment Ltd, Royal Knights Ltd and she is presently the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive at Woobs Resources Limited.

 

Head, Fire Services

Umoru Saibu is a member of Federal Fire Service (Rtd) with a Professional Qualification of the Basic Fire Fighting Course and Fire Prevention Command Course Lagos.

He has over 39 years experience in Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention/Training of Rescue/Fire drills, Lectures and Practical Fire Fighting drills with the Federal Fire Service.

As a Fire Officer, he has served in both Abuja and Lagos Command Fire Service as an Area Commander, Zonal Commander, Director Fire Prevention Department, Fire Fighting Operational Commander, etc.

He also gives out Public Lectures/Seminars on Fire Prevention/Fire Extinction drill to markets, offices, residential areas, etc.

 

Manager, Internal Control/Audit

Mosunmola Adebimpe Adebayo is a graduate of Accounting and possesses a Bachelor of Science Certificate from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

She has over 14 years experience in Accounting and Administration working in Civil Liberties Organization (NGO), Project Alert on Violence against Women (NGO) and Projects Guaranty Ltd (Construction firm).

She has worked in various capacities and held responsibilities such as Account Officer, Budgetary Control Unit, Head of Account and Administration, Liaison officer between company and Tax Authorities, Investment Portfolio Manager and Financial Analyst.

She can be described as quiet, honest and easy going with interest in travelling, meeting people and reading.

She is married with two children.

                   

Human Resources Manager

 Onesi Saiki is a graduate of Law of the University of Benin. He is currently the Human Resources Manager of Woobs Resources Limited.

He has over five years experience working in market research and human resources in various companies, including Research Links Limited, Market Index Services Limited, MFI Office Solutions Africa Limited, and Bridgeways Global Projects Limited.

His work experience has seen him involved in varied and diverse market research projects on behalf of the top blue chip companies in Nigeria and West Africa. He has further gained considerable experience in human resource management, which areas span recruiting, talent management, payroll administration, pension administration, performance monitoring and management, succession planning and general office administration.

His qualification as a Lawyer has also seen him handed the responsibilities of in house legal executive in all the organisations he has worked with, wherein he oversees all legal documentation and liaises with external counsel on legal matters between the company third parties.

 

Head, Marketing Department

Bassey Mercy is a graduate of Public Administration from Lagos State University, Ojo-Lagos. She also Possess a Professional Certificate from Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), Lagos.

She has over 10 years working experience as a Marketer working for large companies such as Tripplesea Nigeria Ltd, Vacancy News Media and TOPSY Security Ltd. During this period, she worked in various capacities such as Marketing Executive, Job Advert Manager and Product Manager.

She has been responsible for the development and implementation of winning marketing strategies, organized and controlled team members to ensure appropriate motivation towards achieving their set targets. She has also established strong brand for various companies’ products and developed/ nurtured new business prospects.
